Instructions
Lay out 3 ramekins or small heat proof bowls about 3.5" wide and 2" deep.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine (if using), toasted sesame oil, salt, and white pepper.
Into the ramekins, add a 1 tbsp layer of the pork dumpling mix, then top with a wonton wrapper. Continue alternating pork and wonton wrappers until you almost reach the top, about 8 layers. Just after the final layer of pork mixture, add about 2.5 tbsp chicken stock to each of the ramekins.
Finish with a layer of 2 wonton wrappers.
Steam for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Remove from the steamer, let cool slightly, and enjoy with desired toppings.
