Ingredients
Base Ingredients
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrupoptional
¾cupplain Greek yogurt
¼cupberriesor any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
¼cuphomemade granolaor store bought granola
Instructions
If using a sweetener, mix it with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined.
To layer the yogurt parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Top it off with half of the fruit and half of the granola. Cover them with the rest of the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the fruit and granola.
If preferred, finish it off with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
