This easy Greek Yogurt Jello is a light and creamy dessert packed with protein, made with strawberry gelatin and Greek yogurt.

Instructions
In a large bowl, add gelatin and pour in boiling water. Stir until dissolved, around two minutes.
Whisk in Greek yogurt until well combined.
Pour in cold water and give a slight stir. Transfer to individual serving dishes or a medium serving bowl.
Cover and chill until fully set, approximately 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and strawberries for garnish, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 5 days.
