Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add gelatin and pour in boiling water. Stir until dissolved, around two minutes.
  • Whisk in Greek yogurt until well combined.
  • Pour in cold water and give a slight stir. Transfer to individual serving dishes or a medium serving bowl.
  • Cover and chill until fully set, approximately 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and strawberries for garnish, if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 5 days.
