Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • ingredients listed on the box eggs, water, oil
  • 2 3.3 oz. boxes instant white chocolate pudding
  • 3 ½ cups milk

Topping

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring blue, green, pink, and yellow

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and grease a baking dish.
  • Prepare the cake mix as per the instructions on the box.
  • Add food coloring to the divided cake batter and drop spoonfuls into the baking dish.
  • Bake the cake according to the box instructions.
  • Poke holes in the baked cake and allow it to cool completely.
  • Prepare pudding mix, pour over the cake and refrigerate to set.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with sprinkles before serving.

Best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator.
