Combine the boxed cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, Hershey’s syrup, and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl. Mix according to the package instructions until smooth and combined.
Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for the time recommended on the package, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once baked, let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Fill a piping bag with white frosting. Pipe zigzag patterns on the surface to mimic the texture of a basket.
Mix green food coloring into a portion of the remaining frosting. Apply this green frosting on top of the cake.
