Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken and sauté mushrooms in the same skillet.
  • Add garlic and thyme, then deglaze the pan with Marsala wine.
  • Add chicken broth, stir in orzo, and cook until al dente.
  • Stir in heavy cream, return chicken to skillet, and adjust seasoning before garnishing with parsley.
