Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
Remove the chicken and sauté mushrooms in the same skillet.
Add garlic and thyme, then deglaze the pan with Marsala wine.
Add chicken broth, stir in orzo, and cook until al dente.
Stir in heavy cream, return chicken to skillet, and adjust seasoning before garnishing with parsley.
