  • 2 large burrito flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cooked diced fried chicken tenders*
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add chopped chicken tenders to a bowl. Add buffalo sauce and toss.
  • Add romaine lettuce and dressing to a large bowl and toss together.
  • To make it easier to roll, microwave tortilla for 30 seconds.
  • Lay tortilla onto a flat surface.
  • For each wrap, spoon out 1 cup lettuce into middle of tortilla. Or towards end closest to you.
  • Add buffalo chicken.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Roll tortilla up like a burrito, long side up and over filling and end sides in.
  • Slice in half and serve.
