2large burrito flour tortillas
2cupschopped romaine lettuce
1/2cupCaesar dressing
2tablespoonsbuffalo sauce
2cupscooked diced fried chicken tenders*
4tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add chopped chicken tenders to a bowl. Add buffalo sauce and toss.
Add romaine lettuce and dressing to a large bowl and toss together.
To make it easier to roll, microwave tortilla for 30 seconds.
Lay tortilla onto a flat surface.
For each wrap, spoon out 1 cup lettuce into middle of tortilla. Or towards end closest to you.
Add buffalo chicken.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Roll tortilla up like a burrito, long side up and over filling and end sides in.
Slice in half and serve.
